Our publication is FREE to the public monthly. We offer affordable advertising to small businesses and helpful tips on everyday issues. Hoopla features a variety of topics written by people within the community. We take pictures of people enjoying life & post it  on the website. Pictures are randomly chosen to be printed in the magazine in our picture area throughout the magazine according to availability, size and space. DISTRIBUTION 
Hoopla Magazine is distributed to all businesses that advertise with our magazine and to new customers. We also hand out the magazine when we take pictures of people throughout the community. That's why we consider our magazine proactive advertising. We make it our business for your regular and new customers to see your advertising as much as possible.BE    

SUBMISSION
Please send all files in a PDF form 300DPI or better for good quality. All customers are welcome to submit ADs for any month.
All AD placement is first come first serve.
